The Sámi Grand Prix is Sápmi's biggest music event, and every year brand new songs and yoiks are presented. Sámi Grand Prix 2025 will be arranged Saturday 12.04.25 in Báktehárji, Guovdageaidnu and is broadcasted live on NRK, SVT and YLE.
Throughout the ages, some of our greatest artists and yoikers have participated, and a lot of Sami music history has been created from the SGP stage.
Songs submitted to the song category in Sámi Grand Prix must be original and written in one or more of the Sámi languages. Yoiks must also be original and follow one of the Sámi yoiktraditions. The song or/and yoik must not have been publicly released.
The person who performs on stage must be 16 years old.

SÁMI GRAND PRIX 2024
The yoik category in Sámi Grand Prix 2024 was won by Nils Ove Kuorak with the joik Njeallječalmmát.
The song category was won by Cecilia Dyrøy "bycecilia" with the song Mannem åajaldahteme. Congratulations!
Sámi Grand Prix 2024 was held in Báktehárji and shown live at NRK, SVT and YLE.
